RMC operates a 32-bed advanced critical care facility providing tertiary- and quaternary-level care. RMC was the first hospital in Tirupur with a fully operational 24×7 ICU and ER, and is a designated regional trauma centre for multi-system injuries.

A multidisciplinary team of intensivists, anaesthetists, nursing professionals, respiratory therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, pharmacists, and allied care staff. Critical-care nurses are certified in Adult Critical Care and ACLS, and a Critical Care Response Team (CCRT) is led by trained ICU nurses.
